Baseline & Needs Assessments

Design and implement household or facility surveys, stakeholder mapping and needs assessments to inform program design. Services include sampling strategy, questionnaire design, training enumerators, and data management

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Systems

Develop logical frameworks, indicators, data collection tools and dashboards. Conduct midline/endline evaluations, theory of change reviews and results verification using mixed methods.

Consultancy Process

  1. Initial consultation: Define objectives and scope.
  2. Terms of Reference (ToR): Draft ToR with agreed deliverables and timeline.
  3. Proposal & budget: Provide a detailed technical and financial proposal.
  4. Contracting: Sign contract with clear payment milestones (e.g., 30% upfront).
  5. Team mobilization: Assign mentor, project lead and field team.
  6. Fieldwork & QA: Data collection with QA checks and mentor oversight.
  7. Analysis & reporting: Draft report, client review and finalization.
  8. Handover & dissemination: Present findings, provide datasets and discuss follow-up.

Quality Assurance & Ethics

All EARG consultancy projects follow SOPs, require mentor sign-off, and adhere to national research ethics and community consent guidelines. Data protection, safeguarding protocols and risk mitigation procedures are embedded in project plans. For projects involving human subjects or sensitive data, EARG obtains necessary ethical approvals and ensures anonymous reporting where required.

Pricing & Payment Plan

EARG provides competitive quotes based on scope, complexity and travel. Standard terms include an upfront deposit (commonly 30%) and staged payments tied to milestones. Consultancy income supports operations and funds the Scholarship Scheme per Board policy.
