EA Research Group (EARG) is committed to expanding access to postgraduate education by deliberately linking research training with sustainable financial support. Through its integrated organizational structure, EARG operates a Consultancy Arm that generates revenue from professional research and advisory services. A defined portion of this income is ring-fenced annually to support the EARG Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme.

Outstanding fellows who successfully complete the one-year Mentorship Fellowship Program are competitively considered for postgraduate support. Scholarships may cover full or partial tuition, thesis and fieldwork research costs, and postgraduate application fees, depending on available resources and individual needs. Beyond financial assistance, EARG provides structured academic guidance, including proposal development, referee support, and mentorship throughout the application process.

This model ensures that talented researchers from Northern Ghana are not limited by financial or structural barriers, while promoting a self-sustaining pathway that strengthens local research capacity and academic leadership.
