OUR MODEL IN PRACTICE

EARG operates a dual-arm model.

The Mentorship Fellowship provides classroom training in research design, data collection, analysis and scientific writing; fellows are paired with mentors and then placed on active research projects for hands-on experience.

The Consultancy Arm offers robust field research, M&E and advisory services to NGOs, government and private sector clients. Consultancy teams intentionally pair trainees (fellows) with senior mentors to uphold quality and provide learning opportunities.

A pre-defined portion of net consultancy revenue is ring-fenced to fund the Scholarship Scheme that supports outstanding fellows pursuing postgraduate studies within Ghana. This cycle creates a self-reinforcing pipeline: training → practical experience → funded advancement → stronger research capacity locally.
