MENTOR

We invite academics, researchers and professionals to mentor fellows. Mentor responsibilities include monthly meetings, reviewing drafts, advising on research design and providing career guidance. Mentors may volunteer remotely or visit Tamale for supervisory sessions. Mentoring is formalized through a Mentor Agreement that outlines expectations and confidentiality.

BECOME A

FELLOW

The fellowship is open to final-year undergraduates and graduates within 24 months. Applicants submit an online form, academic transcripts and a short motivation statement. Selection is competitive and aims to balance disciplines, gender and geographic representation. Fellows commit to full participation in training modules and field placements. Successful fellows receive mentorship, practical experience and priority for scholarship consideration.
